You’ve marked this resolved – but it’s not true. I still have the same problem and I havent heard a word from anyone at @webfactory except to tell me that the ticket is resolved. My site is still hooped and I still need help.

just like the support link on your site? Someone has a real serious problem and you just retract to into silence?I am actually one of the most positive optimistic patient and solution focused people you could meet but I cannot deny my experience.
Are you you going to help me sort out the mess I’ve got or just leave me hanging?
I’ve tried multiple times to change my review, but I keep getting an Error Message that I do not have permission to edit this topic. Essentially what I said was that the not only was the problem caused by an Elementor update, their support team had written to me with instruction on how to revert back and get everything up and running again. By the time I woke up this morning, they already had an update to both their lite and pro version that eliminated the conflict with the the Elementor update. My entire site is now up and fully current. Again the support and responsiveness has been excellent. I had a little heart attack yesterday – but all’s well a few hours later.

Your support on this was very quick and I’m pleased to report the entire site is back up and functioning again. Thank You. Now I just need to find a way to change the rating back to 5 stars.
