Try updating to the latest version and removing all plugins for now. See if that fixes the problem.

Or cloning a site without the slider to see if normal media gets copied?

Have you removed all custom code in the functions.php file??

I use that plugin, what I do is create one sub-site to use as a master copy, then clone from that.

It copies everything exactly. I don’t use revolution slider. So perhaps that is what is causing the problems for you.

Normal media gets copied fine for me..

Do you have FTP access?

Your .htaccess file should be in the public_html directory.

There are several site duplicator plugins that can copy sites or use one site as a template..

What themes do you have in the themes directory. You need to make sure the default theme is in there.

That just means select the structure you want and hit save..

Once you have done that open your website in a different browser, to rule out the browser cache, and see if that works.

If it doesn’t check your .htaccess file is present and correct in the root of your website.

Are you running any other caching plugins?

What are your permalink setting?

Contact your hosting provider, looks like a server problem.
