No it is activated. I had it on all pages but the only place I need it is on the registration page.I just went in and took a screen shot but I don’t see an upload so here is what I have in settings.

I checked the following;
registration form
lost password form
reset password form
buddypress register
The rest I left default, I double checked and the only place I can get it to show up is the login but I did not check that box because it was not necessary.I checked the box for login form and it shows up. I unchecked it for now. But the other pages I checkmarked dont show the recaptcha. Please advise.
