Thank you for the clarification. I just tried these settings, at Balanced the website score went down in the 40s for mobile and in the 70s for desktop, i cleared the cache before applying the Balanced settings.
After checking out the score, Then i cleared the cache again and applied the extreme settings, the score is still down , same in the 40’s and 70’s.

Before trying this balanced setting, the score was over 90’s for both mobile and desktop. So how do i get back that score again! ?

Thank you for checking up on this, here is a link of my screen recording.

This issue has been with me for over 2 years and i found out when i disable the cache plugin this does not happen. I use chrome and firefox.

I see, so basically my chrome browser is not displaying this form, that’s why i couldn’t understand where to look!!
I just opened the support link in firefox and the form is there.
Now i will fill the form and send it to the plugin manufacturer.

Thanks for the prompt reply, actually i have been through the support page many times but i couldn’t find any way to create a ticket, i don’t find “Before I Buy” option there.
Just a few days ago i asked about another plugin purchase and I managed to create a ticket but suddenly i have forgotten how i did it.

After deleting the htaccess file i put the backup file back in the root directory, i received the error a few more times but then for some strange reason it started working fine.
So before trying the file permissions instructions i would now wait and see how long does it work correctly.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I just deleted the htaccess file that was in the root directory and there was another one in the public_html directory, so I deleted both.
After that whenever i try to login to the WordPress Admin i get the following error.
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I refresh the page a couple of times and then it is accessible but as soon as i click on something i start getting this error again.

I have placed the backed up htaccess file again in the root directory, but i am still getting this error.
