Hi Janet,
Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.
I migrated to a new host. They fixed everything including Word Fence.
Good to go!
All the best,
RobertSo, at least the back end in Name.com is showing it is sending email, but they are not being received. Before, if I tried to send an email from roundcube I got messages that the mail was not connected. Now that doesn’t happen and I get an email sent message, but none of it is getting through. When I send test emails from my personal email accounts, I get an error message that the DNS is wrong, the domain doesn’t exist, or that we are blacklisted. We are golden with blacklists and the domain exists, so it must be a combination of DNS and Word Fence that is the culprit. Still, any ideas? Anyone?
Thank you for your help! All is working perfectly!

Well, the solution is pretty simple. If you export the message list in Flamingo, it creates a spreadsheet. You can sort by any of the fields, including state.
That’s all I needed.
All the best,
Robert

In reply to: Images Center Alignment Not DisplayingThank you, Steve, I found the editor!
Looks like the code fixed the image problems.
However, there is still a problem with the captions. The font is way too large in all the captions and no matter what I try, it doesn’t get any smaller. Is there a code snippet I can add to the CSS that will fix this? Happens across pc, tablet, and phone.
I would love to get this fixed and publish it. I miss divi, was so easy to manipulate anything.
I hope you have a great day,
Robert

So I got the code from you, thank you.
My problem is with two twenty two. I can’t fin where to enter the code. When I click on themes customize, it opens to a blank page. Thought it was supposed to show my current page in a live preview, but it is blank.
So how do I get to the editor?
Little by little I will get there. Thank you also for link to the article. I have read it, but still can’t get into the editor.
Thanks again, and all the best,
Robert
Thank you so much for your reply! Makes sense now. Password has been changed. Thank you also for the link!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not capturing email or nameThank you again, Takayuki!
I am sorry to bother you again. Been working on this for hours. A lot of it is fixed, but I still don’t understand why the Dear —– field is not filling in when I send a test email. This is what I have there now, but the test comes back the same way: Dear [text* your-name], not filled in.
I was able to add an attachment. Is that limited to one or can I add one more?
Another thing I don’t understand is how to get the incoming new contacts from Flamingo to function as the list to send the welcome email to. I would like each new web form contact to automatically receive the welcome email. Is this possible, or do I have to physically move flamingo contacts into a list in send in blue?
Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.
All the best,
Robert

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not capturing email or nameHello Again, @takayukister,
I am getting closer. Didn’t realize you wrote the send in blue plugin as well! Bravo!
I attempted to create a welcome email template. I chose the blank version and copied and pasted our message into it. I sent a test to myself but the field for Dear , did not auto fill. I am not sure how to deal with this.
Also, I need to send two attachments along with the welcome email. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. Once this is set up, I should be leaving you alone!
All the best,
Robert
