So yes, the issue is exactly as you defined. Popup 2495 is enabled and it initializes fine but never triggers. As you say, it is set to trigger on Click Open but it was never the case. I have set it to Auto Open from the start and it is set to open immediately as soon as page loads. Something happened yesterday, which has changed these settings.

And I am now not able to access the “Popup Settings” box on popup page as well. It says there is Javasript issue but I have inspected and there is no Javascript issue on Website.

So, in summary, popup is initializing just fine but not triggering. That is because the popup settings have automatically changed. And I can no longer access popup settings box on popup page.
