In reply to: PNG uploads cause HTTP error, JPGs do notI’m having the same issue! Relieved to discover that at least JPEGs will upload, but I always use PNG. Hoping a resolution is discovered!

In reply to: Visual Editor not working in WordPress 4.6 on my laptopI finally fixed mine!!! I had to deactivate the “TinyMCE” plugin. It gives me more features in the visual editor. I deactivated it first because it seemed like a likely culprit. I don’t have the extra options in the editor, but I’ll take it vs. having to write my posts in HTML! Hopefully the plugin comes out with an update soon!

In reply to: Visual Editor not working in WordPress 4.6 on my laptopAlso having this same issue and feel like I’ve tried everything. I’m having to write my posts in HTML, which is not so fun. Really looking forward to a solution. :\
I seem to be having the same issue now. I can login once, then when I open the dashboard it asks me to login again. Then it just stalls and won’t load anything. It was working fine on my Mac, but when I switched to PC i started having issues. Now it seems that SumoMe is disconnected from my site and not displaying any of the features I’d set up. I just started setting it up on Wednesday. Thanks!
Hi Danny,
Right now I believe my settings are configured for the box to pop up on the bottom left corner when the user is scrolled to 60% of the page height. Instead, the box is static on the bottom left corner of the page. I’d prefer not to have it centered on the page, as I don’t want it to be that intrusive. Overall, it seems the box is not functioning as a “pop up” and just sitting on the very bottom left. Does this plugin not actually have the “pop up” feature?
Thanks for your help!
-HayleyHi Lap,
The problem has not been resolved – it’s still looking the same on my browser, on multiple computers. Any ideas to fix this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Boxzilla] Shortcode for GetResponse not workingHey alexmcca!
I’m no expert in this, but I just started my site in July and started on GetResponse. I was having the same issues where my forms would just randomly not show up anywhere on my site. I tried getting in touch with GetResponse, but they pretty much just sent me in loops. They had me try uninstalling the GR plugin and re-installing, but I think that only made it worse. I found out the GetResponse’s forms are not responsive to mobile devices. After learning 99% of my visitors come from mobile, I looked for another option.
Long story short, I ended up switching to MailChimp and have been really happy. I already use MailChimp at work so I kind of knew what I was getting into. MailChimp’s forms aren’t as exciting and I ended up also having to buy the MailChimp for WordPress plugin, but so far it’s been worth it and I haven’t had as many issues.
That being said, I also just posted a similar question 3 days ago as my popups don’t seem to be working right. Hopefully we get an answer on that soon! ??

In reply to: [Theme: Twenty Sixteen] Issues with Formatting on MobileResolved – I realized I needed to clear the data storage for Safari on my phone! The page needed to cache. I have limited caching on my site to help increase speed. Guess this is a downside of that.
