i had the same problem, in most cases in chrome use right click and inspect element.then go to the file in host and edit.

by the way for your current case go wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/class-quotes-wc.php
replace line 246 with your custom text.

sticky menu makes problem for me in Version – 1.4.3 – 2020-01-22
if you scroll by mouse on scroll bar, and go to the top of the page it works fine.
if you go up with mouse scroller(the middle button of the mouse) it shows bad

by the way,it works fine on mobile version.i have problem on chrom desktop
it works fine on firefox also
using colormag in RTL

Are these redirects listed in Redirection?
yes they are listed as 301

Do you have the monitor posts option enabled in Redirection?
yes it was on up to today, then i unchecked monitor for post and pages today.and disabled redirection in the list.

no im not creating them,i just fill Yoast snippet alias.
Redirection is making them automatically.
does google deal with encoded value and original value as same page and duplicate?

the question is that, should all URLs being redirected as 301?
below are normal wp links,why do they need to be rewritten?
