In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] How To Remove Schema?Hi Mark,
I’m curious as to why you want to remove the schema code. Structured data is behind the scenes and is a great way to provide them information about your business.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] How are customers prompted to create a reviewWe’ve worked with several clients on developing a review process. Typically we use WP Reviews. When I setup the review page, I like to provide people that come to the review page with an option of leaving the review on the site, or going to a review site like Google My Business. Here’s an example
The most important success factor in obtaining reviews is to ask them directly if they will take a few minutes to provide a review of your product/services, and then stop talking and wait on them to say Yes. The biggest mistakes I see clients make is to either not ask, or make a statement like “I sure would appreciate it if you would give us a review.” In this latter situation there’s no commitment. Getting someone to say “Yes, I’ll give you a review”, increases your chance of getting one tremendously. Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] No longer shows on Google organic listingsI really like WP Customer Reviews, but I’ve never been able to get the feature of the review stars to work for any of my clients.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] ratingValue?I installed WP Customer Reviews for several cients. No stars ever appeared. I found this article, followed the instructions, and stars appeared with one week.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] No Stars in Search ResultsYour response is incorrect. This particular client of mine has seven 5-star reviews through WP-Customer-Reviews. After waiting several months for stars to appear in the organic search results, I searched online and found a way to code the pages on this site to properly indicate these seven 5-star reviews to Google. Within three days, 5 stars started appearing in the organic search results. So why didn’t this happen with WP-Customer-Reviews as stated?
I still love the app as a way to obtain customer reviews, but now I must include more code to get the stars in the search results.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Blank Business Name – different issueI had the same problem. I noticed that if you scroll down on the Review Page in Edit mode, you’ll see a place to add the business name. If you add it, and don’t add the code to remove the business name, it will show up properly, like “Apr 14, 2016 by Sharayah Colter on ABC Company”

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Category wise ReviewI’ve been looking for a way to set up reviews for multiple sites (on different pages) with WP Reviews, which appears to be a similar requirement. So far, I have not been able to figure out a way to do this. If you solve your problem, please let me know.
