Have you find a solution / update to your plugin ?

I installed a new site yesterday, and I can’t install it again with the new version. I had again to install a previous version 6.77 and load files on ftp.

It’s time consuming, I have to uninstall your plugin and install the old one on all my site to make new backup in case I got a problem.

I am now thinking to moove to an other plugin, but before that I would know if you find a solution. I was very happy with your plugin in the past, should be good you solve this problem…

With new version impossible to install a website :
– when importing the files the install launch but doesn’t install the site, it’s like infintie waiting time
– it’s working if I install on a fresh wordpress update, but on a website with a poor host or which has already a website it’s not working.

The only solution :
– find a previous version of your plugin – 6.77
– install on the demo server – export the file
– go to ftp on the server/site to install and copy the file in the plugin folder
– install the previous version on the server/site to install
– launch the backup with the file copied from ftp

Why a previous version is working ( and I am definitively not the only one look at all the messages… ) ? I don’t know… but your new version is no more working in a lot of case…

Yes I used the sync button, clean the cache, etc but it’s not working. I can translate every think in your plugin except the email send.

This part is very important for my client, French speak very bad english, and it can be a lake of trust to receive english message for them.

I read you are going to let us modify in a futur release, but before that can you just let us know in which php files of our plugin we can translate the message ?

I Find the answer and it is not coming from themes or plugins issues, it was an option to change in my webhost.

Maybe this can help people which have the same problem, the issue was with OVH, in PHP section i had to switch from environement Legacy to Stable.

Afterthat problem was solved and paiement is now working.
