Do you have cPanel Access with you?? If You have that then You can change the username , password , email address from phpMyAdmin -> “wp_users” table and then you may login with your site’s admin using these new username , password

Glad to know that solution works.. open your header , edit it with Elementor , click on the button , it show url option and it will show “open in new tab ” option too , and to the other design option you can change the background color and text color

If you are not having header option and u have made it by one page then edit the page and do this same process…
