In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Dont have tagsDear dejanx,
Sorry for not being able to answer you on time. I never get email notifications from WP when users ask questions. Anyway, regarding tag words. This is a WP feature. When publishing a post or page you have the option to add key words (tags) which relate to that publication. When this is done the plugin gets them from your data base and starts rotating them.

Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Disable linksHi,
This is possible in S plugin version only.
Open TIME & FUNCTIONS tab. Go to “Functions” section and change “No Select” option (at the left bottom corner) to “on”. That’s it.Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] 3D options not appearingHi FinnJackson,
Sorry for not answering you so long. For some reason I have not received any email from here regarding new posts. I just published the last version of the plugin. It will no longer be supported but I would try to help you if you still want to use the plugin.
Would you please send me some screenshots? At the moment I would suggest you two things:
1. Start switching off the other installed plugins one by one and check if the problem is caused by one of them. This is common case.
2. Change your WP Theme with one of standard WP themes and see if plugin works. This is another common case.Let me know the results.

I’m sorry but I haven’t paid attention to this post. I believe it is regarding the same problem that we discussed on YouTube and via emails, right?

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Maximum amount of tags?Hi jnystrom,
Sorry for delaying my answer, WP system has not sent me email notification for your question and I saw it hardly now.
Number of “Recent posts” tags is purposely limited to 25. This is because post titles are much longer than a word. As a result of this a higher number creates big mess in the cloud – site users can’t read titles. You can check my words by setting “Post tags” as content and applying max number of 120.
Do you still insist on having this option?

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Widget 3D WP Tag Cloud-S not showingHi Finn,
I’ve just tested the plugin on my site through https://testingbot.com. It runs URLs via cloud based OS and Browsers. So I tested under Mac OS Siera (Safari 10) and Mac OS El Capitan (Safari 9). Non of the listed by you problems is available. You can see below some Screenshots. Would you please do the check of your site via https://testingbot.com.
If the problems persist it could be due to “fight” between my plugin and some of the others you use. It could be due to the WP Theme you use as well. You can check this by switching off the other plugins one by one and/or switching to one of standard WP Themes.Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Widget 3D WP Tag Cloud-S not showingHi Finn,
I’m afraid I will not be able to help you this time. I have no Mack around me so I can not test it, but let me ask you: Did this happen after the last plugin release?
If there were no problem before that, I could send you the previous version.Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Widget 3D WP Tag Cloud-S not showingHi Finn,
I believe now everything is OK. You can download latest fixed version.
Regarding the tags: Yes plugin loads most used tags first. You can verify it by setting the smallest number to show – 5 and then increase it to 10. BTW tag counter works normally. May be you have got wrong impression due to the doubled tags last time. After you check the new version let me know if something else in not right. And in the end: You can make your donation via PayPal. Send it to [email protected]
Thank you!
Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Widget 3D WP Tag Cloud-S not showingHi Finn,
Now I got it. Well, sorry to say it but the problem is caused by the new WP 4.8. I’ll see how to achieve compatibility. It will take time. So the only you can do is either to switch my plugin off or to go back to WP 4.7.5. I’ll keep you informed when I solve the problem.

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Widget 3D WP Tag Cloud-S not showingHi,
I suppose you have used an old version of the plugin and after installing the newest one your cloud disappeared.
If so, you have to make your old widget instances compatible with the new plugin version. For that purpose just go to your WP ‘Widgets’ page, open each 3D WP Tag Cloud-S instance and save it without any change. That’s it.
If this is not the case, please describe what happen. Is it your first plugin installation?

Peter
Hi dadib,
Both widgets can be used and customized through Widgets page only, where accessibility mode in Screen Options (top-right corner of the page) has to be enabled. That’s why if one tries to open it via Customize page or via Widgets page in disabled accessibility mode gets a warning message. In these cases Save button does not appear. If you open it as explained above there should not be any problem. Would you please tell me the way you try to open the plugin widgets? If you do it the right way, there should be something specific in the way you use WP. If that is the case I would kindly ask you to create a temporary sub-domain with a plugin installed and let me access it so that I can look from inside.
Regards,
Peter
Hi dadib,
I would suggest you two things:
1. The reason could be in your WP Theme. Switch to one of the standard WP Themes (Twenty Ten – Twenty Sixteen).
2. If the problem persists, it could be caused by some of the other active plugins, so start switching off one by one them and check the result.Let me know if it does not help.
Thank you,
Peter
