But also the Woocommerce onboard statistics didn’t work anymore. Maybe its an superior problem and not specifically connected to the label plugin.Thanks for your fast replies. Appreciate it very much! The suggestions of the short guide didn’t work. But the last option to turn off the spam firewall restored the funcionality of the statistics and lets me download labels again.

Unfortunately, this is a little impractical as the weight of the products is already written in the weight field with a dot. Ususally I only have to change the part after the “.”. Now I have to delete everything in the field and type for 98 % percent of my packages the “0,” as most of them weigh below 1 kg.
Is there a possibility to change the default “.” to a “,” as well?
I use German Market. But it is only a problem between Woocommerce and the DHL plugin. I went to my staging site and deactivated all plugins but these two and the issue remained.
I updated on Wednesday 15 th June over night to Woocommerce 6.6.0. Thereafter, the issue showed up. I also updated to WooCommerce 6.6.1 what did not change the issue.

udating and clearing the cache does not work for me.
I’m not comfortable with sharing my Woocommerce credentials with you as you would have access to all my business data and customer information. Additionally, your account on www.remarpro.com is only 3 months old.
Is there another way you can fix the plugin?
Yes, I updated it to 2.8.16.
Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the issue still remains after the update.

Yes, Woocommerce update to 6.6.0 seems to be the culprit. I deactivated all plugins but dhl for woommerce and woocommerce on my staging site. The issue still remained. The woocommerce update was on Wednesday night.

thanks for your reply as well. I did as you proposed and deactivated all plugins but dhl for woocommerce and woocommerce. The issue remains and points towards the woocommerce update to 6.6.0 because of which it arises.

I contacted them already, but it seems they have no clue. Their plugin was not update as well. The only update that could have caused this issue is the woocommerce update. The day after the update was installed over night, the issue occurred and remained since then. This is why I reachead out to this forum and hope I will find some help here ??
The “.” gets deleted if I enter a different weight and the error message appears. So its the default “.” that doesn’t work anymore.

Zun?chst wurde mir nach dem Update in Fehler mit dem Plugin Publish Press Authors angezeigt. Da aber dieses Plugin aber keine Upadte hatte, habe ich Lightbox with PhotoSwipe deaktiviert, Publish Press Authors wieder aktiviert und anschlie?end versucht Lightbox with PhotoSwipe wieder zu aktivieren. Dann trat der Fehler wieder auf. Es kann also schon im Zusammenhang mit Publish Press Authors stehen. Da von diesem Plugin aber kein Update durchgeführt wurde, wird der Fehler durch das Update von Lightbox with PhotoSwipe ausgel?st.
