Thank you for reaching out. Some of the mentioned features are not yet supported in the plugin. I would request you to use our feature request page to submit the details of particular features/functions you would like to see included in Starfish.

1. allow to redirect ratings to an entire category or site after selling a product

3. purchase badge to verify customers, mark reviews as ‘verified’. Share trust badges on certain areas on the store to help customers feel more confident from the place they’re buying from.

4. send out notifications to customers who have recently bought but haven’t posted a review on the product yet.

5. tag best reviews to make them appear at the top of the list.

6. customize all the fields on the review form including what I would like to ask for about a product

7. have the ability to respond to all reviews that come in from customers

8. limit the number of reviews shown on each of the pages

9. send out discounts and coupons for those who write reviews on the website
10. integrate reviews with Google Shopping

I am unable to produce this issue from my side. I need your help to figure out the exact reason.
Ensure that you have placed only one form shortcode on one page (in case you put shortcodes twice for responsive purpose).
If you can make a video on the review submit it is useful so that I can find out the exact cause of the problem.

We don’t have any plans at this time to add that. We’re a small company with limited budget and developer resources. If you’d like us to prioritize this, feel free to make a significant donation.

Right now we’re focused solely on bugfixes. but we can take a look at adding some features like this.

You can use category to display particular form Reviews on the same page.

For that, you can use category attribute in form shortcode and review display shortcode ( e.g [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM category=”foo”], [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW category=”foo”] ).

which version of rich-reviews plugin are you using?

This string is added in 2 parts (your review has been recorded, and submitted for approval) in version 1.8.8 and onwards versions… you can add translation to those strings in rich-reviews translated file using WPML plugin.

Hello,

Rich-reviews plugin supports only 1 form on 1 page at this time and there aren’t plans to add support. But we can add it to our list of possible future features.

This error is not from the rich-review plugin. Maybe these errors occurring from the theme or other plugin that you are using for recipe posts.
