As for the minor WordPress updates, where and how can I confirm it? I look at the dashboard to find 6.2 only.

In my hosting, the disk space is ca.90% free, and the number of files is just about 3% of the maximum limit.

I set the debug “true” as my server vendor recommended, however, no debug messages appeared on the screen when I updated plugins successfully or in vain. Am I looking at wrong places?

Many thanks for your advice, however,
I just found that a plugin named WP Multibyte Patch has caused the file renaming by generating random series of text.
I will look at your posted link for a better solution.

I did not notice the character corruption in the submission section, because I could not see the verification page.
When I received an e-mail that confirmed my message, I noticed a few Japanese characters corrupted into “a white question mark in black rhombus.”

Can you understand this?
