Custom notifications are part of our Premium membership, which also includes website uptime monitoring, invoice printing (available on Android), and priority support.
If you’d like to upgrade, please click here to upgrade and remember to provide your website name in the checkout note section.
Premium membership is $39/year for a single website. We plan to add more features like advanced analytics soon to it’s package.

Usually, no additional settings are required to receive notifications. Please ensure that notifications are enabled for the Hippoo app on your phone.
Here is the instruction.
Note that you won’t receive notifications if you are inside the app and it’s currently open. Also, notifications are only sent for in-progress orders.If you’re still not receiving notifications, we may need access to your staging environment or shop to investigate further.

Thank you for your valuable feedback about Hippoo.
Yes, we are working on the advanced statistics section of the app, which will allow you to view more detailed sales information. It will be available soon (within the next three months).
Regarding the widget, we will definitely review it to see how we can improve it.
As for the order status change notifications, premium members currently receive notifications for all status updates, along with other features.

Thanks for reaching us!
We are working on Hippoo Premium, which will be released at the end of July. With this release, you’ll be able to print invoices and shipping labels from your mobile device or save them as PDFs.
Right now, buying the subscription or extension can only be done through mobile Android Pay within the Hippoo app. However, it will soon be added to the website as well.
Regarding the cart issue, could you please provide more details? We know the Premium features might not work perfectly as they’re still in testing, but if you’re experiencing other problems, please let us know.

We require additional clarification regarding the issue you’re experiencing. The Hippoo app is equipped with built-in push notification functionality. If you are not receiving push notifications for new orders marked as “In progress” within the Hippoo app, it is likely that the app does not have the necessary push access on your phone.
If the app already has push notification access but you are still not receiving notifications, we will need to investigate the matter further with your assistance.
To facilitate this investigation, please forward your shop information to our support email so that we can examine the issue more closely.

At this time, Hippoo does not support multi-store functionality, but we are actively working on implementing this feature. We’re excited to announce that it will be available very soon. Stay tuned for updates!
