I checked the plugin’s logs and indeed the emails are sent out right after the orders are completed. In the same minute. I contacted my email provider and they said that they are looking into this issue. Actually this issue is only with emails on Gmail. Other email addresses receive notification emails normally.

This issue is happening with every order regardless of products added or payment gateway.

I did everything as you recommended. I changed the theme to Storefront – issue still there. I turned off all plugins, except Woocommerce – the issue is there. I really have no idea what could be done next?
