restrict your upload folder… put : 777 on this folder from https://ftp.. then follow James ans..

find out install.php is present wp-admin folder or not, if not upload same file on this location by taking some existing wordpress installation.

edit your server php.ini file :

then find below line: max_execution_time and replace the value 90 then restart the server…

yes I can help you… login your site dashboard the : setting->reading then uncheck: Search Engine Visibility.. hope it will fix your problem..
