I am using both Related Posts and the Editorial Assistant plugin. I have a question about each plugin.

-One of my own related posts finally became available for selection in EA but it’s rare.

-I’m able to Edit my Related Posts but when I save them, they don’t appear on the post.

Love both plugins and hope there’s an easy fix!

Sorry to be such a bother, but I have more questions.

Is there a way to test the contest before it is published? I just wanted to make sure the contest forms (both the “Before Submit” and “After Submit)” appear in the contestant’s email box correctly.

I tried to do a test by entering a friend’s name and email into the preview form and hitting the Join Now bar.

Both the opt-in and confirmation emails were sent, but the contest forms did not appear in the email. I’m assuming that’s because the contest has not been published. Am I correct?

Thanks for the link! The documentation helps, but I am having a problem with the Contest Rules pop up window. I want to use it, but people won’t be able to read the right side of the window because it falls under my right sidebar. In other words it is on a layer which appears OVER the contest form, but UNDER my theme’s right sidebar. Can this be fixed? Do you have a suggestion other than my changing my wordpress theme’s layout?

Also, it would be great if we could have the ability to add different copy/text into the Contest Description box for the “after submit” form. That way we can better explain the sharing feature in the “before submit” form without it appearing again in the “after submit form”.

Thanks for that deepbevel. I’m still baffled. I fill out my contest information, but still don’t know why the Preview screen leaves out the name and email field. I also tried pasting the contest code into a test page on my site, but nothing appeared.

Also,What did you put as the URL in the “double opt-in email” box?

I totally agree with deepbevel. I’m stumped.

The example forms help somewhat, but I don’t understand how the contest works, what URL’s to include, or how the links with Facebook or Twitter show up on the contest form. A video or detailed screen shots of a sample contest that all features would be great. I know it takes time to post, …can I send my questions directly to you?

Hi fablenr,

I did some searching for this TablePress issue online and found a post that targets a pluggin conflict. The pluggin is “Outbound Link Manager” which I recently installed. Unfortunately, disabling the plugin does not restore your chart, but Tobias, the developer should be able to restore it. I’m just waiting for his reply.

I just noticed the same issue. All I did was enter some text into a table cell. Hope Tobias gets back to us ASAP!

I have never had a problem with CSS on Table Reloaded, but I must be doing something wrong in Tablepress.

I would like to change the background colors of my columns, so (for example) I’m adding to my CSS Plugin Options:

.tablepress-id-1 .column-3 td {
background-color: #F2F5A9 !important;
}

For my other columns, I just change the column number and color code. Nothing shows up. I used !important to override the background colors in row 1.

I am using Image Widget in my Magazine Premium theme which supports a left and right sidebar. I would like to use Image Widget in both sidebars, but it only works on either the left or right. Adding a new image widget to my second sidebar, deletes the first. Is this normal?

Hello again Tobias,

I have downloaded and activated TablePress to my site. (WPTR is also still active). I do not see TablePress it in my WP Dashboard Tools or anywhere on the Dashboard, so I can’t find the notification that WP-Table Reloaded is installed and activated; therefore I cannot “Import” my tables to TablePress.

Sorry, i’m sure there is a simple answer I am just missing!

I am having a similar problem. I do not see the widget at all when viewing in Safari. I do see the widget in Firefox, but it does not show any of my pins and lists my followers as 0 when I do have quite a few followers. Does it take a while for pinterest (or wordpress) to activate the information?

I love this widget, but it doesn’t appear in my sidebar if I view my posts in Firefox. I do see it in my Safari browser so I don’t suspect it is a theme conflict. (I use graphene).

Also, I tried to rename it in the heading, but it will not take the new name. I am using Firefox 11 on a Mac with snow leopard. Thanks!
