Thanks for the info esmi. I have not updated to the newest version on WordPress until this was fixed so is the question still valid here?

I deleted the code on line 160 but anytime I go to access the plugins areas I still get the error code.

Forgot to add that here is the test page after I submit. Have tried to put the short code on a stand-alone page and in the widget area and get no response in either location.

I was thrilled to install this but can’t seem to get the form to submit either. I have tried turning CAPTCHA on and off and have also tried using the WPCF7 or the default CSS. Could having Contact Form 7 installed on site be causing a conflict?

Thank you for posting this also. Made it very simple for me to add the conversion tracking to a new page for my contact form 7!
