I’ve talked to my hoster. They told me, that imagemagick used too much threads. So I added the following code to my functions.php:

putenv('MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT=1');

Now it’s working perfectly.

I’m using PHP v5.6.24. And I can only select “imageMagick with exec”.

Thank you for updating. I’ve updated and turned on WP Debug, but the only error I got was:

And this error also comes with a normal JPG file upload.

It still only creates thumbnails from CMYK PDFs, not from RGB PDFs. And the CMYK thumbnails are still in CMYK.

What can else can we do?

Ok, yes. So I have to use the name of the selection tag. Is there a way to get it to use the name I gave it in the form editor?

He got my code two months ago. So I hope he will implement it.
