I asked you, on your website questions section, what your pricing model is.

That answer is incomplete, not clearly stated, and arguably intentionally deceptive.

Your pricing clearly publicly states the the ‘price,’ which is a legal term defined in every country, is a ‘One time payment,’ payment is also a legal term defined and accepted in every country. A one time payment means that the payment never needs to be made again. Never. only the one time, as you state clearly on your pricing page – cached and preserved, I might add.

I read your terms and condition. I read your policy pages. There is no explanation of your subscription policy except in the refunds section, which clearly states that monthly subscribers could cancel at any time, no pro-rata refund per month, and annual subscribers had no refund recourse.

I ask you, what exactly would I be paying for? You claim in your advertising that your service is free. It is not. In fact, I would like to purchase a license and use your service, but I don’t know how much it will cost me and how long or in what manner you will string me along with false statements,

The WordPress plugins site is full of dodgy scams and false claims. It is one of the original app stores yet remains completely unmonitored for user protections.

Your service is taking advantage of user expectations by not providing detailed documentation yet marketing stellar claims that your service does not provide. You are dodgy, cagey, and intentionally misleading.

    Best,
    Russ

    `Hi,

You already argued on our forum and got a reply, this is as simple as that:

    – One-time payment means (for us, not for everyone, I can agree) that there’s no automatic or recurring payment made without the user approval. That’s a yearly membership.
    – For the rest just take a look at the sentence in bold: “Test full service for free during 15 days.”

Anyway, as you’re not using the service, farewell.
