    Hi

I updated WooPayments plugin this morning to v8.1.0. After doing so, the Modern Checkout form is now showing in one single column instead of two columns, with Your Order summary now appearing directly under Customer Information/Payment on the left column instead of on the right column. The summary actually appears briefly for a second or two when I first enter the page, then it visibly jumps to under the left-hand column.

Here is a screenshot of what I’m now seeing

I’m sure this is a CSS issue, but I’m reluctant to experiment with column widths. Could you please have a look into this?

    Many thanks

    Doug

I downgraded to WooPayments v8.0.2 and the layout is back to normal again on my laptop.

Reducing the Your Order column width to 30% fixes the issue but it would have been good to get some kind of developer response. I’m sure I can’t be the only one experiencing this structural breakup.

Tried to contact you via the support form on your website. The form isn’t sending.

Ok – since you offer zero online support I’m moving to CheckoutWC.

    Hello @dougie24,

    Greetings for the day!

Apologies for the delay in response. I tried to replicate the issue on my end with the WooPayment plugin?v8.1.0 but couldn’t see the layout break issue on CartFlows checkout.

Here is the reference screen recording: https://bsf.d.pr/v/m2xd4N

Could you please check if there is some other factor contributing to the issue? Here is what you can do check.

Firstly, try to temporarily switch to another theme, like default themes like – Twenty-Twenty or Twenty Nineteen, and check if the error or issue persists.

Next, you can deactivate all the plugins except CartFlows, WooCommerce, your page builder plugin, and WooPayment plugin temporarily and see if that solves the error. If it does then activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Regarding the issue with submitting the support form, can you please let us know what error you see while submitting the support form? I tested myself it worked for me. Ref screenshot: https://bsf.d.pr/i/TubJSN

    Hope this helps.

Let me know how it goes.
