Yes, had the same, then realized you have to put widgets with spaces in names in quotes.
So for Tag Cloud you need to write [do_widget “Tag Cloud”] .
Works fine then. Append class=”whatever” to style it. Really easy and powerful plugin I think, does not deserve the 1-star…

As a work-around I’m putting a custom link under the menu-item for the blog, pointing to the EN version, but it is a shame that the ‘latest posts’ widget will not be working.
Going to have to put some other content on the home pages of the other languages too.
I really love the polylang plugin for the rest.. will probably dive in myself to see how to get this done at some point.

Just a thought, but would be great if in the language selector for the posts a ‘all languages’ could be added..

I have a similar request. Now I have a static homepage, 3 languages (FR, EN, DE), and would like to show the latest posts on the front page, but just in EN. Products & pages are translated, but posts are not, and will never be.
My frontpage is widgets-only, and I would love to pull just all posts from the EN pages to the other pages.
And also the side-bar widget on the FR and DE version showing the latest EN posts, and link to these posts.
Would be absolutely great if this could be done, there are as many visitors for the FR and DE version as for the EN, and I don’t want these to miss out, but also do not want to copy all posts..

Well, I did explain my struggles, contacted support, and gave a full admin to show me.
And I DID read all docs, and watched the video.
Sorry, but have been really wasted days.

I did not find similar changes on my other sites, even though some had same version & themes, just these 2.
Noticed now there is also different rates possible for international, also great improvement.
I should check more thoroughly after updates, never spotted this one..

Hey, I had a similar problem.
My Flat Rate shipping Shipping Class Costs suddenly were changed after the upgrade on 2 different sites. On my Multisite luckily not.

What was the case (and I noticed only when customers started to complain):
On heavenhotel.be I had 2 classes, small & medium.
For 5 & 7 euro.
Never seen the No Shipping class field before (Great feature!), but when I checked now there was this field, with 7 in there.
Small now suddenly had a value of ‘7+5‘, medium of ‘7+7‘. Definitely not entered by myself, and customers were charged double or more for their orders..

On jezusfactory.com the changed values were different.
No value in No Shipping Class Costs, but after the shipping cost of the small & medium there was ‘+()*[qty]‘ added, meaning that the customers would pay the shipping x qty, which was not the intention at all, and also definitely not set before.

Still checking my other sites….

Just updated ro-ni.nl, the live version.
No products available at first, but with enabling ‘manage stock’ and entering a number of available products it worked.
I did not have to add stock to any single variation, just the main stock option worked here.

Alusion, works for me right away, did you change anything already?
I have disable the caching for now with me, still checking, but think I found related problem causing this. Many variations, not behaving like they should basically. Too many in some cases, with the products with just a few things seem to work.
And this might be related to Suhosin plugin on the server, which is not so nice in handling many queries, but this is only suspicion I have, it is one of the few differences between my live and test environment.

Am installing updates tomorrow early morning on live environment, fingers crossed..

Have disabled the W3 caching plugin as I thought maybe that was the problem. Seems to be random, one works, other not, these are the worst to figure out…

Part 1 worked for the creativecrochetshop.com
1) On product page go to inventory Section.
2) There are 2 options there, see ” Manage stock?” Option is it checked?
3) If Not checked, Please check the option will show you two more option below.
4) Add in “Stock Qty” filed value more than 0

With Ro-Ni, I had to do the following after that:
5) Go to the product variations
6) Mark ‘Manage Stock’ checkbox
7) Enter a value in Stock Qty under EVERY single variation

First tried to enter a value in just 1 variation to see if it would become available, and tested this out by ordering this variation, but did not work unless I entered Stock for every variation.

I added additionally stock on every single variation… 30 variations per product, and this worked finally. There goes my Saturday..
