Yes during 5 month we hasn’t work on this plugin but since January we working on the 1.1 Jackmail release with many new features. It will be publish soon.Max

Yes it is, you can’t send more than 100 emails a day, your list has to be inferior or equal at 100 recipients. If there’s more than 100, it won’t send.
That’s the limit of the free version.In the premium one, that daily limit doesn’t exist.
