Hello,
I hasn’t seen your message before this answer (I’m sorry). You need to deactivate all of the plugin (not just plugins relate to email marketing). You probably have a JS error caused by another plugins and Jackmail need to have JS to work correctly. If you have a JS error it’s show on the console in the developper mode of your browser.

Hi!
You have a specific menu with the “automatic emails” in the dashboard of the application.
For your problem with the error, could you try to only activate Jackmail in your plugins and retry? If it’s works, could you activate plugins one by one to find the problem?

Yes Jackmail have a widget and you could put your own css on it.And, can I setup a an autoresponder

It’s mandatory to have the language criteria in your contact list to segment your campaigns.
I’m not a expert in Polylang but maybe you could extract these contacts by SQL Query or a plugin to have this column ?Have a good day.

I ‘ll reply step by step to your feedback.
1. Indeed, when you uninstall the Jackmail plugin and confirm the deletion of Jackmail data in the dedicated alert popin, they are actually deleted. As a reminder, here is the list of data deleted when Jackmail is uninstalled: lists of Jackmail contacts, campaigns sent with Jackmail and templates created with Jackmail.
These data are deleted for security and data management reasons (RGPD) to avoid leaving an email database accessible that would no longer be used. But indeed, it is your database, if you want to re-import them, you are free to do so via your backup.2. For the statistics part, the data is hosted on our servers for volume reasons, if you send a campaign and your server experiences slowdowns related to the statistics to insert in your database, the interest of your campaign is lost as your website becomes inaccessible because of this mass of content. We have therefore chosen to host it on our servers so as not to impact the performance of your server. For the export part, the feature to export automatically is not available yet.

Sorry for my answer after many month.
I understand you don’t want to use the Jackmail SMTP server but it’s the better way to have a good delivrability of your emails send.For your test thank you for your feedback, we have fix this and now your test emails isn’t control by the moderation team.

Our support team has respond to you and after many search we have fond a solution of your problems and we have also refund the “priority support” subscription.
