The activity sector it’s to compare your website information with the information give in the account creation. If the information isn’t the same, we contact you by email or phone.

We ask your information only when we need this. It’s “tricky” to ask your information before discover the plugin no ?
Also the account creation it’s mentionned in our wordpress plugin page :
“To send emails with Jackmail’s professional routing servers, you need to download this plugin and create an account.”

We need to ask some information for many raison. The first one is because we are a newsletter plugin and we need to ask some information about user for don’t have spammer on our plateform.
The second: The email send with Jackmail are send by the Jackmail server and we need to have a good deliverability, and for this we need to identify the spammer. With the information ask before the first sending we could block spammer.

We ask this information after you have create your campaign and use the plugin to respect the WordPress guideline and also for not collect a lot of personnal information, just the mandatory information to combate spam ??

Yes it’s possible, for this you need to use the HTML editor and paste your HTML code inside the window.
You could use HTMl mode in the campaign creation, in the step number 2 you have a dropdown on the left with some creation mode (emailbuilder, HTML, text).

In the trial mode you could send 500 emails during 30 days. After this trial you need to buy a licence to use Jackmail. The offer it’s here: https://www.jackmail.com/pricing

Hi!

We work on the GMT+1 (we are based in France) and perhaps the moderation team could be more longer if we not at the office when you send your campaign.
To preserve the delivrability rate of the server we moderate manually all of the campaigns and for many reason you campaign can be refused because you have to many bounces, …
You can see the reason in the product but in the next week, you also received a email if your campaign will be accept or refused.

Sorry I have made a error it’s saas and not sas ??

If we have a lot of feedback to create this features, we work on the interconnexion of Mailchimp and Jackmail. But for the moment we have a lot of features ask by many users in the roadmap.

For the export function, I have reproduce this bug and the developper work on this to fix this for the next weeks.

For the moment we hasn’t create a MailChimp integration because it’s a solution outside WordPress and we wan’t to focus the interconnexion with other WordPress plugin before SAS product.
