I trunked via SVN update & now I am able to start a translation, so this works. I do not get any error messages anymore.

The idea is to get my website in 3 languages so that customers can click on a eg. ‘en’ / ‘fr’ / ‘nl’ to see the website in their language. Onepress proposed your plugin & did not check if it was possible, but now I am in doubt if I can translate my contents?

Anyhow, I like the way this help works & am glad that I was in a minor way halpful too.

This is my parent directory:
C:\wamp64\www\wordpress_lb\wp-content\languages\loco\themes
so, it exists.

Meaning, it does not work on the WAMP windows server. Am I correct?
I will consider putting this site on a host.

In the meantime, I will wait a while until further notice.

Dear Tim,

I did what you asked me to do:
Delete the line in AdminHooks.php in C:\wamp64\www\wordpress_lb\wp-content\plugins\loco-translate\src\hooks

& now I am able to hit the HOME button & see the correct screen with my Active theme.
