Bump. Same issue. Authorize says they’ll drop support for MD5 at the end of this month (9 days from now).

That was the problem! Upgraded to php 5.6 and the plugin works. Thanks so much for suggesting that!

Good questions! I just got access to their hosting environment. It’s running php 5.4
