In reply to: [My Custom Functions] Can’t find database field to clear bad codeFound it! It’s been renamed to
spacexchimp_p001_settings
– might be worth updating the in-site support FAQ to reflect this?Outstanding plugin btw, many thanks for your hard work.
Best wishes

In reply to: [Google Drive WP Media] Could you update the instructions for setting up keysAgree with this request – the screenshots from Google Console are well out of date, and your documentation is not clear, leading to many frustrating hours attempting to work this out. More clarity in the documentation would be very welcome.

In reply to: [Search & Replace] Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.Still getting this error after changing my user’s capability to ‘manage-options’ and changing 3 occurrences of ‘is_admin’. My original question still stands – where can I change the capabilities in the code to permit a single non-admin user to use this plugin? Thank you

In reply to: [Search & Replace] Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.Found the answer – user must be able to ‘manage_options’.
Solved my own question. In multisite, site admins can’t edit their users. Workaround is here. Works a treat, might be worth considering for addition to the plugin.

In reply to: [Adminimize] Write options – Post / Title -> EditorJust to add to this – definitely something flaky about using this in multisite – top-right user login dropdown disappearing, user roles not being able to access Dashboard, etc. Same behavior even after deleting database entries and deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
Reverted to activating site-per-site & it’s working fine – so far – but it’s a royal pain not only having to customize each site individually, but also not being exempted from the changes as super admin. Is there a way of exempting a user by ID as well as role? Thanks.
Of course, I should have thought of that, sorry. For the record, Widget Shortcode did the trick.
Thanks again, Jim

In reply to: Categorize UsersI didn’t say “organize users” I said “categorise them”, please don’t misquote me.
I’m not necessarily interested specifically in member roles, which anyway is only one category. I might want to also categorise them by skills, teams, cars, tools, whatever.
Right now I have a site to do for independent birthing professionals. I need to be able to categorise them into about 20 specialisms, like antenatal classes, breech birthing specialist, home birthing, etc.
I’m aware there are probably ways to script round it. I just think it should be part of the core UI like it is for posts. This is the Requests & Feedback section ??

In reply to: Posts just won't order by custom fieldNot sure how to frame that as an SQL query in PHPMyAdmin – I can see the SQL query box in PHPMyAdmin, but not quite clear how to reconstruct the query from the code (sorry)
