In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] kudosHi There,
we can confirm that everything works fine. Address fields are correctly captured.
There are two concerns I’d like to bring to your attention.
1. The time-stamp seems to be missing.
2. Not sure if this is a feature or a bug. On the right hand side of the screen there is a vertical notification bar.kind regards

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] kudosThank you so much,
Really appreciate the responsiveness.
However we experience significant issues since upgrade to 1.4
Actually we do no capture any checkout data anymore.
There appears to be a bug.
Kind regards

For any international company that uses your plugin, the country detail is the most important. Ideally city would be added. If however something has to give to balance your requirements and international customer preferences, you could skip city and still help us a lot.
Just to make one last attempt to give you our full perspective. I represent an international company based in the Netherlands and run an online marketing campaign targeting Washington. If I check the customer details of somebody that dropped out of checkout process, knowing if the person is a US citizen is most important but you can easily understand why I would also like to know if it he/she is a Washington citizen.
Anyway, fully appreciate your perspective for a having a lightweight plugin with minimal database interactions.
I hope this was helpful,
Kind regards
