indeed I am using Outlook so I click the link within Outlook and get redirected to the Homepage even if it is the exact same browser Outlook is opening the link with.
The issue with Code-Pasting was that the code was not accepted, when I copied it and pasted it. But it got accepted after I typed it in manually.. yeah that is something I never want to do again. ??
Since I am using Inkognito-Tabs for testing the link opened in an normal tab instead. So this might be the problem (on my side). I was able to unlock the content after manually pasting the link into my adress-bar.
A second test within a fresh browser worked perfectly. I think I should be able to leave a note for each customer in the verification-mail. They should also be able to copy and paste the link if the automatic redirect does not work.
