I have installed the Plugin SQL Executioner
and I start the commands
TRUNCATE wp_itsec_lockouts;
TRUNCATE wp_itsec_log;
TRUNCATE wp_itsec_temp;
works like a charme

In Better WP Security I could delete Log files. in I Themes Security I do not find a possibility. How can I delete ? Or will it be done after the defined days in Days to Keep Database Logs ?

My problem:
I only have save a part of my posts from the old serve.
I have imported only the part and have lost many posts.
I cannot access the old URL.

Now I tried to copy the whole folder but I have no access. in which file are the post stored ? I can see all files (images) but no posts.

where is the SQL (file name) ?
ist it the file with the extension .sql ?

I have copied the whole directory sewing (including subfolders wp-content, wp-admin, wp-includes)
