Thanks I realise its pretty impossible to offer help if you can’t replicate it. So just for your info I am running iOS 7.1 on iPhone 4 and it’s definitely a problem as I’m not looking at it in testing software – I have the hardware in my hand!

Thank you for your reply Christine – this upsets me slightly as I thought I had created the perfect site for this work! This means I’me either going to have to go down the route of adding a gallery plugin or using pages and a post category display plugin I suppose. Which is AWFUL because both won’t give me the beautiful masonry effect yours does – aaaargh!!

The upload path area in the plugin settings is greyed out so I am guessing I will have to become a customer of the plugin before I can use this functionality?

I am using a woo commerce theme and woo commerce shopping cart but I cannot vouch for my server host settings. And when you say ‘correct path’ – can you give me an example of what this path / directory normally is? Or, what I need to ask my server company to do to help make it compatible.

I not only would like this plugin to work – I need it to work – therefore i will most certainly buy the Pro version but I need further guidance / lamens terms please.

Hi, I posted this help enquiry a week ago now and as yet no reponse. Please respond as soon as possible – my client is waiting to launch his shop and without the ‘upload my file’ plugin working – the shop cannot sell its goods.
