About SG Optimizer – thats ok to have 2 cache plugins in the same time? Maybe i need to somehow disable cache in Autoptimize?

I removed error, all tables still hidden..
So itried to install old version of plugin – error 404 again

I checked on second iOs device and evrything is good.
Something weird with my phone xD

Everything is OK on my laptop. I have problem on my phone – Iphone iOS 13.3.1
I have 4 browsers on this phone, 3 works good (Chrome, opera, duck duck go) and 1 gives me error – Safari xD

I sent email with website URL and screenshot of error.
Error dissapear when i refresh page and appear again afte closing Safari.
