Yes, I can see the coupon notices on your demo page in the cart page, but only for the non-existing coupon code. When I submit the Apply coupon form with empty input, no response shows on the cart page. For a random string there is a “Coupon “123” does not exist!” notice.
On the checkout page, there is a response for the empty coupon code “Please enter a coupon code.”
I couldn’t test with valid coupon code.
We’d like to use the full coupon notice functionality on the cart page.
