This change is implemented on the free and pro version of the plugin. If you’re using the pro version, please download the updated plugin.
@goviral ‘Suspected fraud’ error is self-explanatory. It means the SecurePay system flagged the transaction as a suspected fraudulent transaction and declined it.
There are multiple parameters why the system flags the transaction. You can view the exact reason by logging into the SecurePay system and inspecting the specific declined transaction.Forum: Plugins

The recently announced SecurePay platform upgrade will not affect this plugin.
SecurePay platform has multiple integration methods. This plugin uses XML based integration method while the recent SecurePay platform upgrade is applicable for REST API based integration.
If there is an upgrade on the SecurePay end on XML integration, a new plugin will be immediately released.

This SecurePay plugin is independently maintained and has no connection with the plugin offered in the WooCommerce website. I’ve no idea why they’ve retired their plugin.
If you’re using SecurePay plugin from WooCommerce website, I can’t provide any support as I’ve no idea how they implemented their solution.Please feel free to give this plugin a try and let me know if you’ve any questions.

Based on the error message, it seems you’re not using my “WooCom SecurePay Payment Gateway” plugin instead you’re using SecurePay plugins from other developers. Unfortunately, I won’t be able provide support for plugins other than the “WooCom SecurePay Payment Gateway”.
If you’d like to try “WooCom SecurePay Payment Gateway” plugin, please remove all existing Securepay plugins from your website and install it, If you got any issues than please email me,

If the plugin works in the staging server than the issue should be on the live server environment/configuration.The plugin itself doesn’t create/use any cookies.
Re order status, Woocommmerce automatically changes the status of ‘pending payment’ orders to ‘Cancelled’ after one hour by default (or whatever time is set).
