Okay – so – i figure it out finally – well – for clarity – when i say figured it out – meaning – “i found the subscription stuff with the link to unsubscribe” bc i couldn’t find it forever!!

the whole time i was clicking on my profile on the top right – i clicked on my ID in the page and it took me to a totally different looking profile page – where on the left it says subscriptions.

i went into my FTP and grabbed the wooCommerce theme template files for the cart and changed it there. So, maybe your way would have been better.

it was file cart-totals.php – Line 28 – i updated it there.

It was CART Totals – i changed it to quote totals.

no one ever answered me on this either. although they did take the time to tell me i didn’t word my question correctly or something – i’m looking into this – i’ll get back to ya once i find a solution.

hey guys – if ya just use <!–more–> in the TEXT area of the developer/creation area – it’ll truncate the verbiage where ever you insert it.

it’s working pretty well for me – nooow that i figured thaaaat out.

hey panpan – if you login to wordpress, click plugins>add new> search for Nextgen-gallery – install it, then you can create galleries with it. they may not be just like the one you have in the image but they’ll be close.

i fixed it. turns out – after the reference to timthumb i went back and did some reading. featured image isn’t even what freakin’ populates to top portion of the site.

it IS timthumb. i had to do custom field and Thumbnail and then upload my images.

man – i feel like a total moron. it can be difficult to dev solo – sometimes ya need a second set of eyes. Thank you guys so much.

i’ll be more patient next time and while waiting – um, do a lil reading.

yeah @govpatel – you’d think. I’ve messed with eeeeeeevery single image/thumbnail/feature option i can find.

see the odd thing is though @theotherlebowski (great id btw) if i add images of different sizes, it sometimes displays correctly. well, let me rephrase that – it displays the width of the image.

I’m going to try creating various widths of images and see when it/what width causes it – to behave in this thumbnail way.

i’d be willing to private message someone with a temp id and pwd to see if i’ve missed something. that’s how “at my wits end” i am with this freakin’ slider thing.

thats the other thing – is it a slider or featured image? i don’t know which to search on.

i thought that timthumb was only activated when you use the custom fields and create a value called Thumbnail for that page? i don’t have any custom fields on this page. I’ll take a look and see what it shows me.
