When I reached 100% I promptly went to close the window. Then I noticed the modal window had not changed. That made me wonder if it was finished or not. As I was not in a hurry, and I’m no newbie, I decided to wait a few minutes.

I got “stuck” for almost 5 minutes at 100% until the new modal shows up.

I suggest adding something like “Even if it reached 100%, wait for a new modal to appear confirming the process is finished.”

I still have the original files at the root directory, but made the changes required in wp-admin to point to the new subdirectory.
