In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Unpacking archive hangs…I am helping some one who just downloaded/uploaded a 800+MB zip with the latest installed. Hosting is with GoDaddy so it may have to do with your hosting but not sure. At least I can confirm that the plugin is not failing for everyone.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Unpacking archive hangs…I rolled back to 3.5 and it works as expected. The only issue I was having had to do with localhost (XAMPP). Any other system the plugin was working well.
You can download previous versions and test from the developers tab. It really doesn’t take long to download and test new versions.

In reply to: [Meta Box] Create post with meta boxes from the Front EndThis is rather easy, after you register your custom type all you have to do is assign the custom type name into the ‘pages’ option and your properties will appear. It is not an assumption but rather a fact since that is one of the ways I am using this plugin.

In reply to: [Meta Box] No settings/setup after installThere is a readme.txt file in the plugins/meta-box folder.
You can also find good documentation here: https://www.deluxeblogtips.com/meta-box/getting-started/
Thanks for the feedback, greatly appreciated. I have used them all in different projects so I just have to make a decision on what to use. I am intrigued by MODX so I may check that out, specially since that project inspired you to create this plugin. Altho after reading your previous comment again I realize there are no revisions built in.
No problem, not your fault in fact if it wasnt for your plugin more time would have been invested into discovery. I am going to try Drupal since I am familiar with it or may end up just going with Kohana, CI or Yii which may offer more flexibility.
Hi Fireproofsocks,
I also tested without CCTM and I was getting the same results. It is good to know I found out this early in the game since that is one of the core features I needed for the small item I am working on.
Thanks for taking the time to make this plugin, it does save a lot of time for prototyping!

instead of
www yourwebsite com / old blog installation..
it could happen.

In reply to: Subversion and forum password not the same?Since you were approved ages ago and never got around uploading your plugin maybe the admin suspended/deleted your account. Shoot them an email and ask them to see if they can reset your account.
This is just an assumption not a fact.

In reply to: Please HELP! No anwers found so far!But if I do that, than I don’t think I can use my web hosts WordPress manager. I’m still new to all of this, so maybe that doesn’t matter.
What do you mean by “my web hosts WordPress manager”?
If you install it yourself in the root directory of your server you shouldn’t have any issues. If you used magico (cpanel feature) then you should be able to define the location of the install, thus giving you the ability to install the blog on the root directory.
The reason why there are not a lot of answers to this questions or there are only standard answers is because.
1. Usually fixing this kind of issues is more complex than a b c (for a regular user).
2. Experienced developers are able to read the standard responses and figure out the issue without having to relay on more questions that is why threads usually die with a few posts.
3. Usually most experienced users get tired to give step by step instructions to users that seem to have a lot of problem with basic instructions. Sometimes is easy to realize who will be coming back to ask for more questions on top of the basic answers.
4. Some people ignore some questions that can be answered by google, yahoo, msn or such search engines.
5. Some people stop providing advice when their first comment to their answer is “what do you mean by root directory?” you know you are heading for a lot of explanation when that happens :).Forum: Fixing WordPress
