Also, when we get this fixed…. I would like to put an animated gif in the header bar. But, when I try it comes in flat without animation. It animates in the body if I use it there though

No, I can’t list users or view/ install plug ins.

I know she owns the site. Can she make me an admin without getting the log in from the other person?

I am logged in with her credentials. She doesn’t seem to know much about this, and had someone else working on it in the past. I don’t think she wants to tell the other person that she asked me to work on this.

How do I tell what her role is? I assumed she was the administrator but I don’t see that anywhere.
