We do not charge any transactional fees besides the annual or lifetime amounts.
Regarding the merchant fees on your form, you can easily customize and include additional fees using our Tax Calculation Amount field. It’s a flexible feature that allows you to adapt the field label according to your specific needs. Each feature request must go through an extensive analysis by the R&D team for the possibilities and necessity etc. If they are affirmative about the implementation, they forward it to the dev team and hence get implemented. Taking feature requests doesn’t always guarantee the implementations.

This feature is on our roadmap. Hopefully, it will be available in the future.
