In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] “category” taxonomy of “post”did you solve the problem with the suggestion above?

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] “category” taxonomy of “post”So I believe that what is happening is precisely a conflict. The previous plugin wrote some rule somewhere (usually in the .htaccess file).
It sounds silly and simple, but one of these friendly URL writing rules usually resolves when you go to “Settings ? Permalinks” and just click on the “Save” button. By doing so, it resets the settings according to the current plugins.
Can you try this please?

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] “category” taxonomy of “post”Hello @daliasued
I made a test accessing the address https://melodramaz.com/category/libros/ and https://melodramaz.com/category/musica/ which also does not return anything.
What about another address access suggestion? where i said:
“I believe the address is looking for a category (which is a reserved word by default in WordPress). When I access the address https://melodramaz.com/peliculas/ the file listing page appears. This is the address you are looking for ?”

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] ACF field is become optional on the front endHello @myaqub13
One moment, your ACF for WooCommerce by CAT’s plugin is disabled and the fields appear on the frontend. But if you delete the plugin, it doesn’t display the fields in the front? As I understand it, even though this plugin is disabled, it is sending information to your front-end.
My suggestion is that you enable the ACF for WooCommerce by CAT’s plugin again and see if these fields that are displayed in the front-end have the option of Required or not as I mentioned before.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] “category” taxonomy of “post”Good afternoon @daliasued
In this case, I believe the address is looking for a category (which is a reserved word by default in WordPress). When I access the address https://woo.melodramaz.com/peliculas/ the archives page is listed.
Is this the address you are looking for?

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] “category” taxonomy of “post”Buenas tardes @daliasued .
Sí, podemos ir por ese camino.Por defecto puede funcionar de 2 maneras:
Con el archivo archives_pelicula.php en el servidor y ver si filtra automáticamente. ?Has probado a crear el archivo?
o
Como una consulta personalizada para este slug y en esta pantalla donde debería mostrarse para ser llamado por plantilla.
?Usas alguno de estos formatos?
Si lo usa como una consulta, ?puede publicarlo aquí?

Good afternoon @daliasued .
Yes, we can go that way.
By default it can work in 2 ways:
With the archives_pelicula.php file on the server and see if it filters automatically. Have you tried creating the file?
or
As a custom query for this slug and on this screen where it should display to be called by template.
Do you use one of these formats?
If you use it as a query, can you post it here?

In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields (ACF?)] Input type Image and Video doesn’t workingAnother detail to note is that even with the image uploaded to the server, it is not registered in the WordPress Media gallery.
The strange thing is that no error log is recorded, even with this option enabled on the server.

If you have the latest version of the plugin, for each field, there is a set of Tabs (General, Validation, Presentation and Conditional Logic).
Go to the Validation tab and change the switch field value from Required to Enabled.
Then just “Save changes” and do the test.
Hope this helps

In reply to: [Post My CF7 Form] Map form fields to post meta-fieldsThere were some inactive plugins and after removing them the problem was solved. As there were several, I can’t say which one it was. Once I find it again, I’ll post it here to help the community.
