the plugin will not do that. you might be able to target some of the same filters… And add non link items to the menu. But that would be a kind of customization that I can’t help you with.

li can’t really tell if that’s properly formed, but it doesnt look like it’s overloading the field length. If you can make a staging site I would suggest deleting all my related fields from the DB and starting fresh.

would you be able to export them for me? Though from what you’ve said there isn’t anything wrong there. I was thinking perhaps one array was malformed or perhaps the total string was too long.

I’m not familiar with that plugin. But if they are using regular WordPress users then you can customize the user template to make it display as you’d like. Please review the FAQ.

there probably is, but it’s not related to this plugin at all. I can only suggest you look into the wp_nav_menu_items_filter. You should be able to look up tutorials for adding custom items to a menu using that filter. Good luck.

by default, no. You could try duplicating the menu item… Setting logged out for one and admin for the other.

Or you could review the FAQ and create a “custom/pseudo role” and write your own display logic.

hmmm.. well that’s not it I guess. Can you take a look at your database’s post meta table? I’d like to see what kind of values you have for the following two keys:

_nav_menu_role

_nav_menu_role_display_mode

no worries. I’m actually on a sabbatical from coding so I would anticipate some delays on my side. But right now, I’m completely stuck. A white screen would indicate a fatal error that should show up in a log. Without some kind of indication of what is causing the error, I don’t even know where to begin. I’d definitely contact your host and see if they can see anything in their server/access logs.

and just to confirm, you’re using the traditional menu editor? And not the full site editor?
