I just reinstalled the plugin, but as soon as I clicked to Activate, the site crashed with 500 error. Appreciate your advice – thank you.

Sure. I was unable to get into wp-admin, got a 500 error, although the public site was ok. Disabled all plugins and access was restored. Reactivated one by one and it was the nexgen plugin causing the issue, so have left this disabled. You will see from the url I gave that the shortcode is being displayed. Does that help?

Ah you’re absolutely right, I’m so sorry – I had both set up. I’ve now disabled Standard, but now its not getting to Paypal at all. I click on Checkout and it goes round in circles. I have enabled logging as you suggest. Site is https://www.qsuk.com – could you possibly take a look?
