I checked the file permissions in cpanel and some were definitely wrong. I’ve changed all the folders to 755 and all files to 644 but the issue persists. Any other ideas what the issue could be? Thank you!

It turns out that I thought I had the manual gateway enabled but I didn’t. Problem solved, user error for sure. Thank you!
