we are sorry about this situation but we have troubles with some thieves.
They have stolen our gmail account associated to our codecanyon, twitter and g+ profiles.We are working with Envato, Twitter and Google to find a solution as fast as we can. Unfortunately this is not in our hands.

About codecanyon profile,we have problems with hackers and we have to temporarily lock our site.
We expect to recover our profile soon.About our forum, we have 2 forums, 1st in codecanyon and 2nd here on wordpress site.

we are sorry for your bad experience with the plugin.Sorry but template editor is an advanced feature, only for developers and designers with knowledges in css.
Rather than a mess we think is very powerful, we have a lot of examples of customers with excellent templates made by them. We will be glad to share with you if you are interested.
About the html templates, if you edit the html file generated with the drag an drop you will lose the ability of edit the template with the editing tool.
Sorry but we don’t know any other plugin that synchronize backend drag and drop and html templates bidirectional, but if you have an example it will be great to share and try improve our code with the experience.We are sorry about your bad experience with advanced editor, we will try to improve it, do it simpler and user friendly.

We always recommend to upgrade to Chronosly FULL version, basically it include Template Editor tools: Drag & Drop System and Editing Tools, that will allow you custom all templates without restrictions, also increase or decrease “Max. chars to show” in your event descriptions.
2. I mean when no featured image is selected for event – i think container div. featured_image should not be in HTML. Check screenshot from #1
Ok, we will take your into account and let see if our Development Department include this improvement or a new option within Chronosly settings.

Hello Iamrabbit, I am the business manager of Chronosly and your extended review, despite is negative, make us a big benefit because we can work on those things that were a nightmare on your site.
I have studied your case and talked with support and Developers.
You have introduced at least 5 problems, that we have already updated in our core, and also on our addons.
Even we have taken serious measures for the clients feedback problem.1- Templates editing problem
The problem was that you was wondering to customize the behavior of featured background image on the default template, and we have said that that was so difficult with the template editor without advanced css knowledges, because this part was to much advanced to edit.
We have take into account your undo button, we will implement it on the next releases2-ADDONS Problem
The support and developers tell me that with chrome they could uploaded all your addons without problem, and we have uploaded all your addons this way, even we have tried with safari and firefox and was working well, we don’t know why you couldn’t upload it.We know the huge world is web developing . Even with our great support team we couldn’t fit every client’s needs, we do all of our best to make our clients happier, but it’s sometimes impossible.
3- Recurring events
Chronosly includes in lite and full version the recurring events, but certain repeats are advanced ones, like repeat every first monday, or repeating events without any kind of logic.
Because of this we have developed the Recurring addon, where you could do all that kind of repeats.
Again may be for your needs the addon have had a lot of useless functions but we have 3000 clients and we have to try to fit our products to all of them.
Also we update the addons and core every month to improve it with our client’s suggestions
.4- Fb import
You have an exclusively faq for Import events from FBThis way is working well and, if not, our support will guide you.
5- Support
It’s true sometimes on the beginnings our comunication, the clients are treated like they have no idea of wordpress, but is needed because a lot of our clients doesn’t have experience in this huge world.We have changed things on our support department to improve it.
But again, every client’s web is a totally different world, version of wordpress, wordpress settings, server settings, theme’s css, other plugins adding misfunctions, file permissions, users permissions,caches,…
We always respond our clients and try to solve every Chronosly issue, even if they are caused by external things, but sometimes somethings could slip out from our grasp.

Have you synchronized your .po and .mo files? We recommend you to use a translation plugin, like Loco, it make easy translations tasks.

If you are using Chronosly LITE version, you can’t modify templates.
Only Chronosly FULL version, basically for those reasons:
– Include Template Editor tools: Drag & Drop System and Editing Tools, that will allow you custom all templates without restrictions.
– More stable version than LITE, in fact, LITE version is 100% functional but just a trial.
– Include premium support for 1 year, including fixing installation issues (check Support policy).

Yes, you can sort your events alphabetically using Chronosly settings option.

No, unfortunately we don’t use github to track issues. We use an internal ticketing system.

About pagination, this option is only available for event lists and can be included within shortcodes using pagination=”1 parameter e.g.:
[chronosly type="event" pagination="1"]

That’s a great news you solved your issue.
Theoretically, Chronosly Lite version wouldn’t disturbe, but as we see in your case it might happen. Hope this thread will help to other users in this sort of situation.
