We will resend your link for Organizers & Places. However, we recommend to install Chronosly Full version that you already purchased on Codecanyon. Full Version has Organizers and Places included also Template editor and autoupdates.

More over, there is an other extra option with Social Media Share, that users can dowload/send to iCal straight from each event.

Hey prayman, we sent an email asking for FTP access.

This issue that you are having with addons updates is just happening to a few of our clients, those ones that downloaded first Chronosly FREE version on WordPress repository.

After launching Chronosly FREE version on WordPress repository (FULL version is available in Codecanyon since last august’14) we realised that addons update system made some troubles and instantly we changed it.

Unfortunately some users, as you downloaded this version and as you are experiencing, it make some misfunctions.

Nowadays is already fixed with further versions v.2.1.2.

we asked you if we might send you a file because we recommend these steps to fix your issue:

1- update Chronosly Lite versions to las version because this last update has important improvements for addons and templates

2- after updating Chronosly Lite version you should reinstall Organizers & Places ZIP file (we would like to send it by email).

3- after upload you should reinstall ALL your addons and templates. We know this is a little bit irritating but it won’t happen again because this bug has been solved in last update.

First of all, thanks for your confidence in Chronosly plugin.

Having said that, let’s answer your question about footer with 3 different options:

1- If your footer is black, dark or dull perhaps you could think about in purchase a template “Dark Template“ available in Chronosly marketplace.

You could use shortcode with template=”dark”.

2- You can also buy Chronosly Full VERSION that include Template Editor with Drag and Drop system and Editing Tools that you just should customize your template.

3- You could custom Chronosly plugin through CSS code, but we want to warn you that we don’t usually give support with custom works (CSS included). You should understand that we would like to help all our clients on their custom works and modifications but would be unviable.

We hope we can develop this option in a near future.

About Share button uses information from posts as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media as usual. In Chronosly, events are like post, so Share buttons take titles, descriptions and url to share that information. That’s how Social Media networks work and we can’t change Facebook, Twitter APIs.

Nonetheless, we will take into account this suggestion, and we will think about include dates in “shares” for example including them in title. We would include in further updates if other clients think that new share option is interesting.
