the image was integrated with Elementor – this is also displayed correctly.
If you click on the image, a popup opens (also created with Elementor) – this is also displayed correctly.
In this popup there is a registration form for a newsletter (Brevo). This form (script) is blocked in Complianz, so that users must first confirm the display.
The problem is: If users have already agreed to the display of the newsletter form elsewhere, they cannot agree again in this popup. Complianz blocks the area, but nothing happens when you click on the Complianz button to unlock it.I have exactly the same message and am a little worried that sending newsletters will no longer work smoothly.

no php errorlogs are generated. I’ve also disabled all other Woocommerce addons for testing (like Booster for Woocommerce, etc.)
No e-mail will be sent for the Double-OptIn.
Can I give you the wordpress admin data so that you can check in the system if a setting is wrong?

Thanks for the very fast feedback.
I have two lists under “WooCommerce> Settings> MailPoet> Available Lists”. I chose the right list there – without success.
For the test, I have now set the hook on both lists. This does not solve the problem.All my versions are up to date.
