You are always quick, thanks haha.
Is this a thing that could be added to your filter? We are willing to support it financially.
Hi @fesupportteam Victor,
This could be a workable workaround, thanks.
Are you also able to look at the following question: Would it be possible to combine two taxonomies into 1 filter field?
Thanks again!
Thanks again for your quick reply and your solution! It’s working well now.
I have some other questions for you:
– Would it be possible to combine two taxonomies into 1 filter field?
– Is it possible to turn off the search field for certain filters? When there are just a few options the search is not needed. Thanks again for your time and support!
Thanks for your very quick reply!
Is it correct that the ‘Terms search’ option is only available for the ‘Lables list’ and not for the ‘Dropdown’? Or do we need the pro version for that option?
If it is possible to search within a dropdown that would be the solution for both.

- Where can I make a ticket? It’s best if you update it so all users will profit from the wrong/missing translations.
- I have fixed this now, thanks for your tip!
Another question, is it possible to permanently change the sorting on the ‘All events’ page in the back-end? All events are automatically sorted on publish date. Every time sorting has to be changet to start date to have the ‘right’ way of ordering.
You should try opening the inspector when opening the Elementor editor (ctr + shift + i). This works some of the times.
Hi @dakeg
I will try your suggestion by sending via external SMTP. Thanks for thinking with us!
If I need anything I will contact you.Hi @dakeg
Thanks for your reply and your time.
The error was also persistant with emails being sent with PHP. That is why we used this plugin to debug. Same problem but with the plugin we recieve a debug report, which you can see above.
The mails are now sent via our webserver (mail.xxx.nl). Do you have any idea what this error could be? Since it’s with PHP but also when using SMTP. Could it be something faulty within our WordPress website?
Thanks for your effort so far!
Hi Dake,
By accident I have found that option myself. But this helps us a lot for finding the problem!
So thanks for your tip ??- This reply was modified 1 year, 3 months ago by heijtec2.
Hi Drake,
Thanks for your quick and detailed reply!
You are right, we are using our own mail/smtp server. The strange thing about this that sometimes the error is showing up with all different mail addresses.
Is there any way to find any details or a log about the error? Because the only thing we see is: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
No error message or anything. We will also look into using an external smtp server. Thanks for the info!

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter] Wrong filter count with Ajax loadingHi there,
I am doing great thanks!
The link to the test page is: https://cilinderkoppen.com/shop-test/
Try selecting “Gebruikte Cilinderkop” and then “Daihatsu”.
As you can see there are no products but the filter “Daihatsu” is still visible.Turning off Ajax solves the problem but is not the most beautiful option ofcourse.
Optimalisation plugins are disabled. Thanks for looking into it and I hope to hear you soon.
Greetings

In reply to: [Calculated Fields Form] Plugin conflict with porto themeThanks for the quick response.
Your plugin is working perfectly except on Porto themes. We have tried the plugin on a site with Porto but without SiteGround Optimizer and the plugin still is giving exactly the same errors. So SiteGround Optimizer isn’t the problem.
